Omelets made with fresh eggs, fresh herbs and a large variety of fillings, cheesy potatoes, hash, migas, glazed bacon, local sausage, Belgian waffles and fried chicken.

Mac n’ Cheese

Southwestern Caesar, jicama, mango and greens with orange-tequila vinaigrette, pasta salad and a new apple-kale salad. Southwest Mac ‘n Cheese bar.

Enchiladas & Adobe Pie

Chicken enchiladas with chipotle cream sauce, blue corn cheese enchiladas with three chile sauce
and Black Bean Adobe Pie .
