Catering Services

Full Service With Service Staff
25 guest minimum
- Included: china plates, stainless flatware, cloth napkins, serving utensils, chafing dishes, and tablecloths.
- Service includes buffet set up, serving, bartending, passing appetizers, buffet restocking, breakdown, and clean-up. Additional culinary personnel may be required depending on the menu.
- One server for every 35 guests – servers and bartenders are charged @ $40 per hour.
- Suggested gratuity is included in the contract.
- Charge time is based on party time plus 2 hours – 4 hours minimum.
- Arrangements can be made for plated dining service.
- A mileage fee will be charged for parties located outside a 25-mile radius.

Full Service Without Service Staff
25 guest minimum
- If your guest count is larger than 50, we recommend hiring our service staff to maintain the event.
- Included: chafers, china plates, stainless silverware, cloth napkins, buffet linens with full buffet set-up and breakdown.
- Staff arrives 1 hour prior to party time ~ set up all supplies and buffet for guests to self-serve. We leave, then return after the party for buffet breakdown and clean-up.
- $100 set up charge
- Suggested gratuity is included on the contract.
- A mileage fee will be charged for parties located outside a 25-mile radius.

No Frills Service
15 guest minimum
- Pick-up or delivery ~ packed in eco-friendly, disposable containers.
- Available on request: recyclable-disposable plates, flatware, serving utensils, napkins.
- Reusable wire warming racks $10 each. No fee for added sternos and water pans.
- Delivery fee and a suggested gratuity are included on the contract.
- A mileage fee will be charged for parties located outside a 25-mile radius.
