Modern loft space overlooking downtown Fort Worth – the perfect event venue for weddings, corporate meetings and parties.  The three hundred seat main room defines the center.  Exposed steel trusses, large sliding custom made ‘barn doors’, hand-hewn large chandeliers and sconces, terracotta brick, and wood tile floor contribute to the loft experience. 

Outside ‘skyline’ terrace and Juliet balconies add serendipity to the space.  Open and airy.  Supporting kitchen, bar, pre-event spaces, private entrance, commercial elevator, dedicated rest rooms, flexible lighting, music and electrical systems.  Hopefully, this says to you…. “they have thought of everything so I can take this great canvas and create my work of art.”

Seats 300.  We can provide chairs and large round tables that seat 8 to 10, a perfect meeting space.

PRE-EVENT SPACE

Separate 500 sq. ft.+ room for cocktail receptions, registration and/or break-out meetings.

Terrace overlooking downtown Fort Worth.  Juliet balconies overlooking front courtyard and restaurant patio.

VENUE FEATURES

Private event venue entrance, large commercial elevator, dedicated restrooms, flexible lighting and music/sound/AV.

FULL CATERING SERVICES

You’re welcome to use any approved caterer, or we can arrange catering services through our sister restaurant downstairs, Blue Mesa Grill.

CATERING KITCHEN

Our catering kitchen is designed to meet the needs of your caterer.  This includes refrigeration, food warming and cooling equipment, an ice machine, plating area and cleaning facilities.

FULL BAR

Full built-in bar and several bar packages for you to choose from.

AMPLE PARKING

Over 100 parking spaces at our location, plus 200 additional spaces are available for events.  Valet service can be arranged.

You can rent the whole space – including the main room, pre-event space, bar, catering kitchen and restrooms.

Our sister restaurant, Blue Mesa Grill, can provide catering services for your event.  Blue Mesa is one of the largest restaurant caterers in North Texas, and has many menus and formats to choose from – from buffets to sit-down, plated dinners.  Click below for more info. 

You can also use any other approved caterer.  5th & Carroll Events’ catering kitchen is designed to accommodate their needs.

We have several bar packages that can fit within any budget. No outside liquor or liquor licenses can be used.

Our event planners are here to respond to your every need.  Blue Mesa can cater or you can choose another caterer.  We can handle most of your AV, music, lighting, chairs and tables, and linen needs.  We can also arrange any additional rental requests for special lighting, flowers, stage and security with our preferred list of vendors.
